Shipping policy
Orders are processed and shipped from our Malibu, CA location, usually within one to three days of the order being received. Transit times are provided by the carrier and can vary on the package destination. These times are an estimate only, and may depend on the individual carrier.
Shipping costs are $10 flat rate within the continental US or $40 for express shipping. We do our best to work with carriers to provide the best rate possible. We will first use USPS, unless otherwise requested.
You will receive an automated email with a tracking number for your reference.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately. All damages must be noted within 48 hours of receipt so that we can sort out a refund with the carrier.
Abierto is not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier service directly to sort this out. Abierto will do our best to assist in these instances. Once a package is tendered to the carrier, most factors are out of our control. If a package is marked as delivered, but missing from the point of delivery, we cannot be held responsible for refunding or replacing.
We are not responsible for any delays in weather conditions, local delivery errors or international custom clearance.
A 10.25% sales tax must be charged for orders shipping within California.
International
We love our friends abroad and are so happy you would like to shop with Abierto. At this time, international shipping is done on a case-by-case basis. Please email abierto@shopabierto.com, and we will coordinate with you. Customers are responsible for any additional charges such as customs, taxes, or duties incurred during shipping. International orders are non-returnable. These orders may be affected by customs and cause excess delays.
