Refund policy

Thank you so much for shopping at Abierto!  We really appreciate your business. While we do hope you love your purchases, we do understand that sometimes an item does not work out for you.  In order to accommodate this, we are happy to offer a refund of the item(s) if received back to us within fourteen (14) days of you receiving your purchase.  For example, if you receive your purchase on the 1st of the month, we will need it to be received back to us by the 14th of the month.  

Please note that all vintage, one of a kind, perfumes, body oils, edible items, lingerie, shoes, swimwear, and discounted (sale) merchandise is final sale and not applicable for a refund or return.  All sale and/or discounted items are final sale.

All items considered for a return must be in unused/unworn condition, with all tags and packaging still in tact.

If you receive an item that is damaged, we will first replace the item(s) before issuing a refund.  Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of package arrival.

All returns are subject to the approval of Abierto. 

To request a return, please follow the following steps:

1.  Contact us at abierto@shopabierto.com to request a return.  Include your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and we will provide you with a return authorization number.  We will only be able to return items that have a RA number.

2.  Pack and seal your item(s) and with your RA number clearly marked on the inside of the package.  Abierto is not responsible for damage that may occur in return shipping.  The customer's original shipping fees are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.  Abierto is not responsible for items lost in transit from a customer, so we suggest using an insured and trackable service.  We cannot refund an item that we do not receive.  

3. Ship the package to us.  We will process the return/refund once we receive the item(s).  Please allow up to five (5) business days for the refund to go through.  The refund will be made in the same form as your payment.
