Ras el Hanout
“Ras el Hanout” translates to “top of the shop” and ours is no exception. This blend of 13 spices is delicate and robust at once, with floral and earth notes. Use in rice dishes, tagines, with roasted vegetables and fish. We persoanlly love to blend this with crushed tomatoes as the start of a shakshuka sauce.
Contains: Fennel, cumin, Ceylon cinnamon, cardamom, rose petals, turmeric, cubeb pepper, grains of paradise, Kampot white pepper, orris root, mace, saffron, fennel pollen.
